DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Cavallo Equestrian Wa make deliveries in both Australia & World wide.

If your delivery method is made by Australia Post your order can be delivered to PO Boxes.  If  another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An E-mail confirmation is sent to your E-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this E-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed.  If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend..

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at cavalloequestrianwa@outlook.com

International orders are sent with Standard Australian Post International service or International Shipping Courier. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 0-18 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Express Australia Postage 0- 7 Business Days

ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

  • Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. Cavallo Equestrian Wa uses Standard  Australian International Air Postage which includes tracking.  If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options.

  • International DHL Shipping  Standard Shipping 0-30 Business Days
  • You must pay the Order Amount at the checkout, Cavallo Equestrian® Wa accepts Visa MasterCard,After pay,PayPal and most other credit cards.
Some parcels sent overseas may be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Cavallo Equestrian  Wa is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel
IMPORT TAXES AND CHARGES
All import taxes and charges are the Sole responsibility of the customer with in your country's specifications,unless organised prior with Cavallo Equestrian  Wa - before shipment of the products. 

UPDATE: CUSTOMS PAYMENTS & BREXIT

Cavallo Equestrian Wa operates on a Delivery Duty Unpaid  (DDU) basis which means that the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs which may be necessary to release an order from international customs.

Following the UK leaving the EU on 1st January 2021 (BREXIT), there have been some changes to customs and duty charges for EU customers. Tax and import duty varies from country to country so we recommend you check first with your local tax office to see if any fees will be payable.  

If the customer refuses to pay any duty and customs charges and the parcel is returned to sender all shipping charges will deducted from any refund. No refund will be made until the returned parcel has been received by ourselves.  Please note that parcels that have been 'returned to sender' can take up to 3 months to arrive.

    REFUNDS AND RETURNS

    Only items purchased on the Cavallo Equestrian Wa website can be returned to Cavalloequestrian.shop  for refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed if a parcel is deemed lost or sent back to the company due to customer not receiving the parcel. Allow 14 days for refund to be processed.Items purchased in a department store, specially retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

    Should you make an error when ordering online, Cavallo Equestrian Wa will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase,within 14 Business working days. The returned item must be unopened and in its original salable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges,for returned item.

    We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety.  But in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items or error of goods received than ordered on line contact Cavallo Equestrian Wa will immediately to discuss replacement of goods.

     Faulty Product

    Faulty items are to be posted back using Australia Standard Post, with tracking number. Cavallo Equestrian Wa will only pay  standard postage for deemed  faulty or damaged products returns. Either a exchange of a new replacement product or a refund will be processed, the customer's choice.

    If a faulty item has been worn please ensure it is freshly laundered before being returned as unwashed garments cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.  If the item is no longer in stock, a gift voucher to the value of the original item will be offered instead. We will not refund items that are damaged due to incorrect sizing.  

     Shows & Pop Up Shops

    We do not accept refunds for purchases made at shows or from pop up shops but happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Postage charges may apply. Without a receipt we are unable to offer an exchange.

     Discount Codes & Sale Items

    Items purchased on Sale or a Discount Code are non refundable,unless deemed faulty or Damaged by Cavallo Equestrian Wa's discretion.
